Ben Griffin, 23, Alpine Skiing
Introduction
Ben likens skiing to flying and is aiming for a top 10 performance at Vancouver. He first competed for New Zealand in 2001 and is the current NZ Super-G and GS Champion. For Ben, representing New Zealand at the Olympic Games is the highest sporting honour and will give him the opportunity to inspire others to go after their dreams. Ben is studying part-time for a Bachelor of Health Sciences. He is one of two alpine skiers in the team.
